Thank you for choosing Monel Pro. These Terms & Conditions are designed to provide a clear understanding of our scheduling process, payment policies, project expectations, and warranty. By approving an estimate, scheduling a service, or submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. 1. Estimates All estimates are provided free of charge unless otherwise specified. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Prices may change after the expiration date due to material costs, project scope changes, or market conditions. 2. Scheduling Deposit To provide reliable scheduling and dedicated service, Monel Pro reserves labor, technicians, equipment, and project time exclusively for each customer. For this reason, certain projects require a Scheduling Deposit. Projects up to $450 No deposit is required. Payment is due immediately upon project completion. Projects over $450 A $200 Scheduling Deposit is required to reserve your project date. This deposit: Reserves your installation date. Is applied toward your final project balance. Confirms your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Your project is not considered scheduled until the required deposit has been received. 3. Payment Terms Unless otherwise stated in your estimate: Projects up to $450 are paid in full upon completion. Projects over $450 require the Scheduling Deposit before scheduling. The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the work. Monel Pro accepts approved payment methods listed on your invoice. 4. Why We Require a Scheduling Deposit Once your project is scheduled, we reserve technicians, allocate time on our calendar, coordinate materials when necessary, and often decline other projects for that reserved time. The Scheduling Deposit helps ensure that every customer receives dependable scheduling while protecting the time reserved specifically for their project. 5. Cancellation & Rescheduling We understand that unexpected situations happen. More than 48 hours before your appointment You may reschedule your project at no additional charge. Between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment A $30 scheduling fee may be deducted from your Scheduling Deposit if you choose to cancel rather than reschedule. Less than 24 hours before your appointment A $70 cancellation fee may be deducted from your Scheduling Deposit if you choose to cancel rather than reschedule. If Monel Pro must reschedule due to weather, emergencies, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control, there will be no charge to the customer. 6. Customer Responsibilities Before work begins, the customer agrees to: Provide safe access to the work area. Remove personal belongings when necessary. Ensure utilities required for the work are available. Secure pets during the service appointment. Notify Monel Pro of any hidden conditions or known issues before work begins. 7. Project Scope Our estimate includes only the work specifically described in the approved estimate. Any additional work requested before, during, or after the project may require a separate estimate or Change Order. No additional work will be performed without customer approval. 8. Materials Unless otherwise stated: Customer-supplied materials must be available before the scheduled appointment. Monel Pro is not responsible for manufacturer defects, damaged products, missing parts, or incorrect purchases. Additional trips caused by unavailable materials may result in additional service charges. 9. Delays Beyond Our Control Monel Pro is not responsible for delays caused by: Weather Supplier delays Shipping delays Utility interruptions Manufacturer defects Customer-requested schedule changes Circumstances beyond reasonable control 10. Final Payment Payment is due immediately upon completion unless other written arrangements have been made. Late payments may be subject to additional collection costs as permitted by applicable law. 11. Warranty Monel Pro stands behind the quality of its workmanship. Unless otherwise stated in writing: We provide a 1-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty on our labor. Manufacturer warranties remain the responsibility of the product manufacturer. This warranty does not cover: Normal wear and tear Customer misuse Accidental damage Structural movement Water intrusion Pre-existing conditions Customer-supplied defective materials Warranty service must be requested promptly after the issue is discovered. 12. Photography Monel Pro may photograph completed projects for quality control, documentation, training, and marketing purposes. No personal or sensitive customer information will be shared. Customers may request that their project not be used for marketing by notifying Monel Pro before work begins. 13. Limitation of Liability Monel Pro's liability is limited to the value of the services provided under the approved estimate to the extent permitted by applicable law. 14. Acceptance Approval of an estimate, payment of a Scheduling Deposit, or authorization to begin work constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Monel Pro Professional. Reliable. Done Right.
